The issue of Representative Dan Rostenkowski, who is trying to plea bargain charges of misusing public funds, outlined; letter from Representative Christopher Shays to Attorney General Janet Reno saying Rostenkowski should be able to cut a deal because he is needed to guide the health care debate quoted. [Representative Newt GINGRICH - talks about Rostenkowski's committee.]
