(DC) Ford Motor Company says collision resistant bumpers cost more than save in insurance [Senator Theodore E. STEVENS - says to Ralph Nader, not giving credit to auto industry for progress made.] [NADER - points out talking about documented fraud.] [STEVENS - says get indictments from state grand juries if can prove fraud.] [NADER - says looking for district attorney, legislature with guts to bring indictments.]
