CLARK - thinks Anderson doing constructive job for community; calls attention to questionable land deals.] [George REINHARD - thinks Anderson helpful in local issues; causes controversy on political issues.] [ANDERSON - says job morale breaking because of harassment and "threat of malevolent strangers."]
