(Washington: John Martin) The question of equipment at the Rocky Flats, Colorado, nuclear weapons complex, which produces plutonium triggers for the Energy Department, that cannot be accounted for examined; scenes shown from the site while a list of missing stuff is recounted. [Energy Department site manager Mark SILVERMAN - admits problems with the DOE's oversight program.] The DOE's efforts to develop a better checkup system than that used by the EG&G contractors and cost estimates for the missing property outlined.
