(Studio) United States customs bureau seizes 201 pounds of heroin in San Juan, PR; 156 pounds seized in Miami, Florida, over wkend. President Nixon planning new war on drugs.

(DC) President Nixon to announce new agency for control of drug addiction. Crash program will treat drug addicts; crack down on users, pushers, smugglers of hard narcotics. Agency will allow deal with GI drug use.
