[GINGRICH - says five charges have been disposed of.] [University of Miami school of law Frances HILL - says the question is whether a charity can be used to circumvent federal election laws.] The Democrats' targeting of Gingrich noted. [Representatives David BONIOR, Dick ARMEY - offer differing opinions on Gingrich's character.]
