(Studio) In Paris, North Vietnam spokesperson Nguyen Thanh Le says United States should study South Vietnam situation in last month May be connection between lull and American demands for restraint. Le denies North Vietnam showing restraint. At Paris Peace Talks, Ambassador Averell Harriman reports 14 North Vietnam sailors to be freed as goodwill act. Harriman says release not return gesture for Hanoi's release of 3 American pilots. Green Berets stage helicopter assault on jungle prison and rescue 118 starving Montagnard tribesmen. Viet Cong blows up most of Ben Loc bridge near Saigon. 2nd time in 2 weeks bridge knocked out.
