(Studio) Racial trouble began in Liberty City section of Miami Weds. night. Police mass at black rally. 25 hurt; 2 blacks wounded. Police move back in area today.

(Miami,Florida) 3 blacks, incling. small boy, shot by police. Liquor store looted. Police refuse to leave area. Rocks thrown at police. Strongest forces finally moved out. Chased youths while being pelted. Armored car used as command post. Film shows police firing in housing project where snipers suspected. National Guard expected.
