[FUNG - comments.] [Former L.A. district attorney Robert PHILIBOSIAN - analyzes prosecutor Hank Goldberg's effort to rehabilitate Fung.] [Defense co- counsel Robert SHAPIRO - tells the court he has apologized to Fung about ethnic remarks.] Judge Lance Ito's investigation of juror conduct noted.
