(Fort McPherson, Georgia) Judge finds no evidence indicating timing of case designed to affect public opinion. [Medina attorney F. Lee BAILEY - more confident will find impartial military jury than impartial civilian jury.] [MEDINA - says expected case to come to trial; wants to get on with trial; believes will be found innocent.]
