[Former civilian safety officer Alan DIEHL - calls the Air Force's system bankrupt.] Diehl's charges that many cases have been mishandled reviewed. [US Air Force retired Brigadier General Joel HALL - says the process is too political.] [ABC News aviation consultant John NANCE - says an independent investigating agency is needed.]
