(Washington: Michele Norris) The Treasury Department's investigation of racism among Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms agents featured; scenes shown from a "whites only" retreat in Tennessee attended by some ATF agents. [Gadsden, Alabama, minuteman Jeff RANDALL - describes racist incidents.] [Treasury undersecretary Ron NOBLE - calls it unacceptable.] The broader problem of the treatment of blacks in the ATF noted. [ATF agents Vanessa McLEMORE, Dondi ALBRITTON - cites racism in the ATF.] The ATF's other problems, including their actions in the raid in Waco, Texas, mentioned.
