(Sarajevo: Jeremy Bowen) The escalation of violence in and around the Bosnian capital of Sarajevo featured; scenes shown of United Nations troops tracking the shelling. [With shells going off nearby, United Nations peace force spokesman Lieutenant Colonel Gary COWARD - talks to a reporter.] [SERB - says the United Nations is not acting according to the NATO (North Atlantic Treaty Organization) mandates.] The increasing lack of relevance of the United Nations in Bosnia noted.
