[Frank MANKIEWICZ - says all conversations with Kennedy indicate won't run.] Letter indicating Kennedy might seek Democratic Presidential nomination shown. [KENNEDY - after being shown letter by reporter, restates will not run.] [Pierre SALINGER - doesn't think Kennedy has determined what would do if Democratic National Convention wanted to nominate him.]
