[Bosnian Serb soldier convicted of rape, Borislav HARIC - (thru translator) says he carried out an order to rape and kill the women.] The war crime tribunal's charges against Serb leaders Ratko Mladic and Bosnian Serb leader Radovan Karadzic reviewed.
