(Washington: Barry Serafin) Announcement by Archer Daniels Midland, America's largest processor of agricultural commodities, that it will pay 100 million in fines for price fixing examined; details given of ADM's admitted conspiracy to set prices ontwo of its products, Lysine and citric acid. [Former ADM executive Mark WHITACRE - comments.] The key roles of ADM vice chairman Michael Andreas and his father, company chairman Dwayne Andreas, noted. [Brotherhood of Carpenters Ed DURKIN - raises the issue of whether Andreas should remain as chairman.]
