(DC) Agreement amts. to 33 1/2% increase over three years Communications workers president Joseph A. BEIRNE - believes any increase in consumer buying power should help United States economy; so settlement should help.] Workers return to work Wednesday.

(Studio) Progress reported in United States Postal Service workers' negotiations; partial settlement reached in copper workers' strike; Western Union Telegraph Company and West Coast longshoremen strikes continue; six more RRs will be struck Friday, if agreement not reached before then.
