(Studio) Rptd. Soviet bloc troops en route out of major Czech cities. Could be 1st point of phased withdrawal. Dep. Premier tells Czech journalists to stop criticizing Soviets in-between lines or press offices would be reoccupied. Soviet news agencies criticize Alexander Dubcek and others for going too slowly in restoring hard-line control. People revere Dubcek, President Ludvik Svoboda and Premier Oldrich Cernik.
