[Recently retired FBI supervisor Rick SMITH - comments.] The Kaczynski family's uncovering of writings that paralleled that of the Unabomber manifesto, the FBI's follow-up tracking of Kaczynski and the surveillance of his remote cabin for weeks outlined. [Brigham Young University professor Leroy BEARNSON - says he was shown pictures, one of whom was Kaczynski.]
