[CDC (Centers for Disease Control) Dr. James HUGHES, Vice President Al GORE - comment on the need for response to the diseases.] The plans for setting up disease early warning centers to detect new viruses and bacteria and the construction of airport facilities to check visitors for diseases like tuberculosis reported.
