STANS-says meeting of business leaders concluded controlling inflation beyond freeze cannot be accomplished on voluntary basis; recommends avoiding extremes of doing nothing beyond 90 days, imposing permanent controls.] Council of economy advisers member Dr. Herbert Stein assigned task of determining post-freeze policy.
