(Studio) Illinois state's attorney Edward Hanrahan repeats he's innocent of wrong doing charged in indictment related to police raid against Black Panther headquarters in 1969.

(Chicago, Illinois) Hanrahan asks how he can be charged with obstruction of justice when no charges filed concerning actual raid. [HANRAHAN - points out federal and county grand juries found no crime committed in police raid.] Hanrahan requests fair and responsible press rpting.
