(Studio) At invitation of South Vietnam President Nguyen Van Thieu, General Duong Van Minh to end 3 years political exile and return to Saigon October 1. "Big Minh" led military revolt that ended Diem government in 1963. Reporter Bill Brannigan says action reflects Theiu government's strength and stability. Sees return as end of power of Vice President Nguyen Cao Ky. Ky led campaign to exile general in 1965. Minh lived in Bangkok.
