(Berlin, Germany) [Unidentified United States SPOKESPERSON - announces delay in signing due to United States Ambassador Kenneth Rush's illness.] Actually USSR refuses to accept word "unimpeded" in regard to access rights to West Berlin due to strict meaning of word in German language; odds 50-50 for signing tomorrow.
