(Studio) Anti-war groups protesting return of aircraft carrier to Indo-china.

(San Diego, California) Protestors asking people to vote on whether USS Constellation should return to Vietnam war action; campaign costing $50,000; funds being raised through concerts given by Joan Baez. [Protest organizer David HARRIS - says carrier can wage war, but can't give us peace, justice, freedom, democracy.] Navy says carrier will sail as scheduled October 1.
