Kathryn LEMING, NAACP (National Association for the Advancement of Colored People) president Kweisi MFUME - outline allegations.] [Aberdeen Ordnance Center Lieutenant Colonel Gabriel RIESCO - comments.] The fact that sergeant Derek Robertson, S/Sgts. Delmar Simpson and Vernell Robinson have been charged with rape-related crimes noted.
