[UN High Commission for Refugees Sadako OGATA - comments on the refugees' fate.] The specific case of the men who claim to have served for the United States special forces in the Vietnam war noted. [Attorney for refugees Rob BROOKS - says the United States used them and have denied them refugee status.]
