(Washington: Deborah Weiner) A Nuclear weapons incident two years ago that illustrates the ongoing concerns about nuclear war examined; scenes shown of the January 25, 1995, rocket launch off the coast of Norway that the Russians worried was a nuclear attack and caused Russian President Boris Yeltsin to open the nuclear briefcase. ["War Scare" author Peter PRY - says this is the only time Russia activated their "nuclear football."] [Military analyst Victor LITOVKIN - (thru translator) explains how Yeltsin wanted to show off his power.]
