(Studio: Peter Jennings) Agreement by Serbian President Slobodan Milosevic to end his offensive against ethnic Albanians in Kosovo reported.

(Belgrade: Mike Lee) The Kosovo deal reviewed; tenets of the agreement outlined on screen. [US envoy Richard HOLBROOKE - says "compliance" is the key.] The issue of the safety of Albanian refugees noted.

(Studio: Peter Jennings) Report introduced.

(Pentagon: John McWethy) Plans for the OSCE to oversee the agreement with a NATO (North Atlantic Treaty Organization) rapid reaction force on standby examined; details given of the civilian monitoring force. [National Security Adviser Samuel BERGER - comments.] [ABC News analyst Tony CORDESMAN - says this will be an unarmed peacekeeping force.] The threat of air strikes from NATO (North Atlantic Treaty Organization) noted.
