[President CLINTON - calls for an end to violence.] [Former assistant Secretary of State Richard HOLBROOKE - says Serb forces are still in the area.] [On Capitol Hill, in response to question from Senator John McCain, Secretary of Defense William COHEN - says allied troops may be needed to keep the peace.]
