(Studio) Labor Secretary James Hodgson begs Congress for action to end West Coast dock strikes, but gets no commitment. Strike spreads as Canadian dockers threaten to refuse to unload United States cargo. Southwest Longshoremen and Teamsters stop efforts to bring in cargo via Mexico.
