(Studio) Israeli Ambassador Itzak Rabin conferred in Washington, DC on United States proposal aimed at reopening Suez Canal. Rabin met with Assistant Secretary of State Joseph Sisco, who would serve as go-between with Israel and Egypt if United States plan accepted.
