(Studio: Peter Jennings) Tenets of the deal made by United Nations Secretary General Kofi Annan with Iraqi President Saddam Hussein outlined.

(White House: Sam Donaldson) The response of the White House to the deal with Iraq featured. [President CLINTON - says Iraq has agreed to open access to weapons inspections sites.] [In response to Donaldson's question, CLINTON - comments on the deal.]
