(Studio) After unprecedented 4 days secret talks in Paris with North Vietnam negotiators, Henry Kissinger returns to Washington, DC and briefing with President Nixon.

(Paris, France) At public session of Paris Peace Talks, all 4 sides make routine statements. Henry Kissinger's private talks not mentioned.

(White House) Top United States officials convinced Kissinger's talks have borne fruit. Formation of tripartite government in South Vietnam, with VC, Thieu, and neutral representatives, expected. International Commission would handle cease-fire.
