Does not disavow McGovern, but does not stress identification with him.] [Democrat Mike McGEE quietly supports McGovern. Says voters complimented by his personal approach.] (DC) [Republican Representative Chalmers P. WYLIE - stays on job until Congress closes. Says voters will reelect him for his record.]
