(Chicago: Jim Williams) The circumstances in which Christopher Sercye was shot in a gang shooting and collapsed in an alley near Ravenswood Hospital, where medical personnel refused to assist the victim because he was outside, reviewed; scenes shown from the Chicago hospital and vicinity. [Neighbor Donna DUDLEY - describes what happened.] [Hospital president John BLAIR - defends hospital policy.] [Chicago police deputy chief James MAURER - calls it a stupid policy.] The overall issue of such restrictive hospital policies noted.
