[Tobacco SPOKESMAN - comments.] [Mississippi attorney general Mike MOORE - talks about the settlement.] The opposition to the original settlement by many key anti-tobacco players noted. [Former FDA (Food and Drug Administration) commissioner David KESSLER - opposes the deal.]
