[House Judiciary Committee chairman Henry HYDE - says these are matters of justice.] [House managers Representatives Steve BUYER, Charles CANADY, Lindsey GRAHAM - outline the case against Clinton.] [Senator Orrin HATCH - says this is an impeachable offense.] [White House special counsel Gregory CRAIG - says the case should not lead to the removal of the president from office.] The question of whether the Senate will invite Clinton to appear discussed.

(Studio: Aaron Brown) Interview held with ABC legal analyst Jeffrey Toobin about the Senate trial. [TOOBIN - doubts there will be any testimony from the president; says the senators seem tired and want to get out; feels the matter has become more partisan over the last few days.]
