(Studio) Election 6 weeks from tomorrow. Louis Harris poll shows Richard Nixon with 39% vote; Vice President Hubert H. Humphrey with 31% and George Wallace with 21%. August survey showed Nixon with 40%; Humphrey with 34% and Wallace with 17%. Wallace strength taken more votes from Nixon than Vice President Humphrey will have to stage "come-from-behind" effort to win.
