[Cross Timbers Oil Company Steffen PALKO - says he will be asked for contributions thousands of times; asserts business is tired of extortion.] The crusade of some businesses against "soft money" contributions outlined. [Committee for Economic Development Charles KOLB - says the business community is tired.] The threat from Republican campaign leader Senator Mitch McConnell mentioned.
