(Studio) Hijacking of Southern Airways jet may have positive effect. Cuban government offers to sign agreement w/ United States to halt air piracy. Air Line Pilots Association chief, John O'Donnell criticizes FBI role in that hijacking, warns of possible worldwide pilot strike.

(DC) [O'DONNELL- says pilot had convinced hijackers to release hostages when FBI shot out planes tires. Hijackers then became irrational, tried to murder copilot. Decision to shoot tires should have been pilot's.]
