(Capitol Hill: Tim O'Brien) The response of White House lawyers to the House managers' editing of the Lewinsky videotape featured; details given of the White House interpretation of Monica's testimony. [Attorney for the president Nicole SELIGMAN - says the managers' excerpts are distortions.] [In videotape, LEWINSKY - talks about the relationship; explains why she did not cooperate in the Paula Jones case.]
