(Studio) Second meeting today between President adviser Henry Kissinger and North Vietnam negotiators.

(Paris, France) Kissinger, North Vietnam Le Duc Tho, Xuan Thuy, agree to say nothing about substance of talks. Although South Vietnam and Viet Cong excluded from talks, they are consulted frequently. Kissinger will go to Brussels, Belgium, tomorrow. To confer with President of Indonesia. That country may help supervise cease-fire in Vietnam.
