(Studio) United States President adviser Henry Kissinger, after side trip to Brussels, Belgium, meets for 3rd time with North Vietnam negotiators near Paris.

(Paris, France) Progress of talks unknown. Kissinger flies to Brussels to meet President Suharto of Indonesia. That country might help supervise Vietnam cease-fire. After return, meets with North Vietnam's Le Duc Tho. Negotiators not as jovial as yesterday.
