[University of Edinburgh professor Robert BLACK - says there was no likelihood they would stand trial in America.] [Victim's brother Bert AMMERMAN - expresses his reaction to news of the trial.] The lifting of United Nations sanctions against Libyan leader Muammar el-Kadhafi for sending out the two suspects noted.
