(Studio) At Paris Peace Talks, United States representative says negotiations to end Vietnam war will soon enter final successful stage.

(Paris, France) Delegates hold 166th meeting since Nixon took office 4 years ago. [American Ambassador William PORTER - says United States delegation invigorated by President' massive victory, an endorsement of his Vietnam policy. Says peace comes perceptibly nearer with each passing day. Saigon delegate demands changes in draft agreement. Communists insist it must be signed as it is.
