(New Orleans, Louisiana) Students hold administration building [Mother of protester says they fight for books, better education, new bldgs.] Protesters call for resignation of dean, Dr. Emmett Bashful. Governor Edwin Edwards grants amnesty for protesters. They vacate building but say fight has not been ended. [Protest leader says students will boycott classes until demands met.] Students want representative on policy-making board
