(Saltville, Virginia) Alden Mathison used to employ 1200 in Olin chemical plant. 2 years ago Virginia passed law cutting level salt waste discharged into state waterways 90%. Plant closed as result, and town of Saltville in econ. trouble. [Mayor Frank SANDERS - says tourism may save town.]
