(Studio) Kissinger talks with President Nixon with regard to Vietnam peace settlement. Press Secretary Ronald Ziegler says knows of no plans by Nixon to make Vietnam announcement before Christmas. No plans to send Kissinger or another aide to Saigon to talk with South Vietnam President Thieu.
