(Studio) Floods resulting from Hurricane Agnes recalled. Effects still being felt.

(Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania) [Film of flood June, 1972, damage shown.] Downtown area now back in shape. Residential areas still show flood damage. 4000 families make-do in mobile homes. [Mrs. John POPEIN - sadly recalls memories of before the flood.] Trailer park dangers such as fires noted. Flood relief efforts noted; some criticism reported emphasized. [Santa visits trailer homes.] [Flood victims lack Christmas spirit.] New "sense of community" noted.
